I live outside the US, can I place an order?

We are currently available in the US and Canada for purchase (with plans to expand globally shortly!) 

How long does shipping take?

Your reformer approximately ships between 1-2 weeks after fulfillment. 

How do I track my order?
Once your order has been shipped, an email is sent with your tracking information along with an estimated delivery date.

Do you offer free shipping?
No, our shipping cost is a standard fee of $299.00 for Room of Choice. It is an additional $250.00 for White Glove assembly (set up by our professionals).

My order was damaged in transit.
