What is your return policy?
If you are not satisfied with your purchase of any new Frame Reformer, you can request a return within 14 days after your delivery by contacting Frame customer service to request an RMA#. *Returns will not be accepted without the original packaging.
*NOTE: We can only process returns and refunds for items purchased directly from Frame Fitness.
If you have purchased products through a reseller, you will need to contact the retailer, reseller or distributor directly to determine their return policy. All authorized returns must include an RA (Return Authorization) number.
Frame’s guarantee does not cover ordinary wear and tear or damage caused by improper use or accidents subject to the terms of our Reformer Limited Warranty.
Because of the size and weight of our fitness products, we do not offer a refund for any shipping or delivery charges that you may have paid to receive your Frame Reformer. Returns authorized will be charged an additional return shipping fee of $299.00 or more, depending on your location.
If your Frame Reformer is returned in damaged condition, with missing parts, or otherwise has signs of abuse, Frame reserves the right to refuse a refund or to charge additional restocking fees, at Frame’s sole discretion.

*Please note that we do not accept returns of, and offer no refunds on, final sale merchandise, discounted items, or products that are specified as non-returnable in its description, unless they are faulty.
I was a part of the pre-order program and have an issue with my reformer.
To resolve any issues with your reformer, please contact Frame at [email protected].
Can I return an item that is not in its original packaging?
You will need to return the reformer in its original packaging/box if you decide to return the reformer (but...we do not foresee this happening!)
Are there any fees associated with a return?
Due to the size and weight of our product, all shipping fees are non-refundable. Once a return has been approved there will be a return shipping fee of $299.00 or more, depending on your location.
Will I be provided a return shipping label?
We can provide you with a label, however, you will be responsible for printing it out. For a return label, please contact [email protected].
