What is your order cancellation policy?
Your order can only be cancelled before your order is fulfilled/shipped from our warehouse. To begin a cancellation, please email [email protected] with your order number and request to cancel. 

How do I know if my order was fulfilled/shipped from your warehouse?
Once an order has been fulfilled/shipped from our warehouse, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking link.
