What should I do if I have not received my verification code when activating my subscription?

How does my membership billing work?
When you sign up for our subscription on the app, you will input your payment method and it will be charged monthly or yearly depending on the subscription of your choice.

How can I cancel my membership?
If you purchased the yearly plan, you cannot cancel your subscription. If you have a monthly subscription, please click on the "Subscription and Device section" to cancel at any point after activating it. It will end after the current pay period (month) ends. 

How can I update the payment information for my membership?
In the "Subscription and Device" section, click "edit" and then "add payment method". Once you updated your payment method, please click Save. If you have any issues with updating your payment information, please email [email protected]. 

What content can I access with my membership?
Over 200+ Pilates classes for all-levels taught by world-class, certified Pilates Instructors. You will also have access to curated music playlists to listen to during the workout.

Can I use the reformer without a membership?
Yes, you can use your reformer without a membership, however; you will not have access to the 200+ content library.
